Who We Are

Welcome to All Good Plus. What began in 1988 as Yard Guard, a simple effort by Steve Allgood to raise $150 so a local teen could attend church camp, has grown into a trusted East Texas staple. Steve started by knocking on doors and offering to mow lawns. One handshake at a time, the business began to take root.

In 2015, the story expanded when Michael Rojas, a passionate landscaper from the lush landscapes of Costa Rica, moved to Texas and joined Steve. Their shared dedication helped the company flourish. When Steve retired, Michael stepped in and renamed the business All Good Quality Lawn Care as a tribute to its beginnings. Under his leadership, All Good became known for dependable service and beautiful results across Marshall and the surrounding area.

By 2024, All Good had grown far beyond lawn care alone. To reflect the full range of services offered, Michael introduced a new name: All Good Plus. Today the team provides everything from lawn care and landscaping to fencing, irrigation installation, French drains, paver walkways, clean ups, concrete work, and even holiday lighting. If it improves your outdoor space, there’s a good chance All Good Plus can do it, and do it well.

All Good Plus remains a family-owned, community-focused business. Michael lives in Marshall with his wife, Lindsay, and their two young children, and he takes pride in serving the families and neighborhoods that make East Texas home.
